Pre-game and Post-game Meals

If doing things the right way on the court is important to you
then what you do off the court should be just as important.
That means to play right you must eat right especially your
pre game and post game meals.  60% of your diet should be
carbohydrates.  Eat carbs like pasta, rice or whole wheat
grains.  It’s best to avoid all dairy products before a game as
it could upset your stomach with all the jumping and
running you’ll be doing.  Grilled chicken or fish is better as
beef is hard to digest.  Beef is good as a post game meal.

Eating tips: Roast, bake boil or broil your meals. Stay away
from fried foods and breaded foods as well as mayonnaise.

Always remember to hydrate yourself with water before you
start to play, then
"Vitamin Water Revive" with vitamin B+
and potassium
during your game.
